On the morning of Feb.28th,2018,the Greater Manchester Innovative Healthcare delegation consisting of 13 members visited Optical Valley Campus of Tongji hospital and conducted a conference on patient-oriented modern management ideology and measures.

The delegation visited Emergency Center, Rehabilitation Department, Hematology Department and Healthcare Management Center. In the Emergency Center, the medical staff demonstrated the clinical emergency performance. As the Research and Training Center Designated by WHO, the doctors from Rehabilitation Department explained their patients-oriented concept and the informationization system  operational and maintenance methods among the three hospital campuses. In the Hematology Department, Prof. ZHOU Jianfeng, director of the department, shared his experience of a case, treating a young patient, who has already been told to give up by a worldwide famous medical center, by the cellular immunotherapy method in our hospital and finally been cured. He already introduced the cellular immunotherapy treatment development and breakthrough, which inspired the delegation members. The delegation at last visited hospital Health Management Center, which has already been awarded as a national demonstration base.

After the visiting, the delegation showed their thanks to the hospital for the hospitality and gave a highly praise to the hospital overall strength. Besides, they are interested in integrated management methods among three hospital campuses and expressed their willing for further cooperation.
